Secure File Upload & completed work Download Process

At Bridgepoint Translations, we understand that many legal, medical and financial documents contain sensitive personal information. For this reason, we use a secure encrypted file transfer system for all client uploads and completed translations.

How the Process Works

Step 1 — Secure Client Account Creation

Once you contact us regarding a potential translation project, we will create a unique secure client account for you within our encrypted file management system.

This allows us to handle all documents safely and professionally from the very beginning of the enquiry process.

If no work proceeds following the quotation stage, the temporary account and associated files will be securely removed from our system.

Step 2 — Secure Document Upload

If you decide to proceed with your translation project, you will receive a unique secure upload link.

Using this link, you can simply drag and drop your documents directly into our protected upload area for review and processing.

Our system is designed to provide a straightforward and secure method for transferring confidential files.

Step 3 — Translation & Processing

Once your documents have been received, your translation work will be undertaken in accordance with the agreed scope, turnaround time and certification requirements where applicable.

We always aim to provide a prompt, accurate and professional service.

Step 4 — Secure File Delivery

When your translation has been completed, you will receive a secure download link allowing you to safely access your finished documents.

This ensures your completed files are delivered securely and efficiently.

Confidentiality & Security

We take confidentiality extremely seriously.

All files are handled securely and stored on protected in-house systems. In accordance with our privacy procedures, client files and working copies are routinely removed from our systems following completion of the project.
